Popping back in your inboxes to let you know that we're in the home stretch!
The last of what we're waiting on at this point are the Sofubi orders. The Sofubi are hand painted one-by-one by our artist, and they're taking a bit longer than initially expected (especially since we ended up doubling the initial amount we were going to offer). That said, those orders are packed and ready to go...so as soon as your adorable little vinyl friends are ready, the process should be fairly quick.
Once those go out, the last few in queue will just be the custom orders and going through our support inbox to find, fix, and reship any problem orders we've had since the beginning of the shipping process (we see you, don't worry :)
Hang in there! We so, so appreciate all of your patience through all of this. Being a team of 4 trying to keep up with a Kickstarter that far exceeded our expectations (thank you, thank you, thank you<3) on top of maintaining our normal workload has been difficult, but incredibly rewarding and we can't wait for the rest of you to come home to your new friends.

We're staying busy here at Sorbet Jungle HQ, working through your orders one by one. Wanted to give you all a shout to keep everyone on the same page.
- We're currently a little over 600 orders in, out of a total of 800 or so. So if you haven't received tracking info yet, it's still very likely that yours hasn't been shipped! Hang with us, we're almost there.

As of right now, we've shipped OVER 400 PACKAGES!

We're working through these as fast as we can, but taking the time to make sure the packages are as accurate as possible. Bear with us!
As of a few minutes ago, if you had a package shipped to you your tracking information should be awaiting you in your email. If it's not, contact backerkit support and they should be able to help you find it.

Rewards Shipping: Update 1

Over the course of the last week or so, we've officially shipped out a little over 1/3 of the total packages for the project (just shy of 300 of them). YAY! In fact, some of you may already have yours!
As of this moment, if you ordered a single Mint Croconana, a single Baby Mint Croconana, small accessories, or only enamel pins...your shipment is on the way! We're working on getting tracking moved into backerkit so everyone gets notified that something is on the way.
Most of our team is leaving tomorrow morning for New York Comic Con, so if you're around definitely come by and say hello! Orders will continue to ship while we're gone, but will likely not be finished until the week following our return.

The moment we've all been waiting for is here! A bunch of fresh new Nana's have entered the Sorbet Jungle warehouse and are ready to be groomed and prepped to be sent out!
So, typer of this message, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
It means that rewards are shipping soon! *Insert Celebration Gif Here*
So, If you've moved since you backed this project and have not already done so, you must update your address to ensure your rewards are sent to the correct place. We cannot be held responsible to packages shipped to the incorrect address (we've made a lot of posts about this, ya know).
IF YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS:
All you need to do is visit Backerkit.com and log in using the email you used to fill out your survey. You will be able to change your address until tomorrow morning (September 25th) at 9 AM, EST.
At that point we will be locking addresses, printing out all the paid orders, and beginning the process of shipping things out one by one. Our goal is to have this completely done before we go to New York Comic Con, but we are human and things happen. Worst case, all orders should be shipped out in the next few weeks so long as all goes to plan.
