Hey all!

The moment we've all been waiting for is here! A bunch of fresh new Nana's have entered the Sorbet Jungle warehouse and are ready to be groomed and prepped to be sent out!

So, typer of this message, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

It means that rewards are shipping soon! *Insert Celebration Gif Here* 

So, If you've moved since you backed this project and have not already done so, you must update your address to ensure your rewards are sent to the correct place. We cannot be held responsible to packages shipped to the incorrect address (we've made a lot of posts about this, ya know).

IF YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS:

All you need to do is visit Backerkit.com and log in using the email you used to fill out your survey. You will be able to change your address until tomorrow morning (September 25th) at 9 AM, EST. 

At that point we will be locking addresses, printing out all the paid orders, and beginning the process of shipping things out one by one. Our goal is to have this completely done before we go to New York Comic Con, but we are human and things happen. Worst case, all orders should be shipped out in the next few weeks so long as all goes to plan.

COLOSSALNANA ARE ON THEIR WAY!

Hello Expecting Croco-parents!

Just popping in with an update, or several for that matter!

As of two weeks ago the Colossalnana and exclusive Croconanas are on their way to us. We are expecting them to arrive sometime late September, however, due to a lot of changes going on currently with imports, there could be delays. We are crossing our fingers that there won't be any issues, but it is completely out of our hands until the shipment is released to us from customs.  

Sweaters, for those of you who ordered sweaters, hit a bit of a snafu. I received a sample sweater from the same company that we'd worked with previously, unlike our previous sweaters however, the sweater began to pill up after only a couple of hours of wear. After about two days of wearing it, it looked a mess. The company has found a new material and is sending me a new sample. I will test wear this one as well over the next couple of days and make sure it does not have the same issues as the last sample. What this means is that the sweaters MAY be delayed. I am still planning to have them shipped out before the end of October, but it will rely heavily on this next sample's performance.  

Next, all of the freebies from the kickstarter are in and looking sharp! We have those killer glitter keychains, hard enamel pins, and nana butt stickers ready to go! If you need more of any of these items we will have extras that you will be able to purchase after all of the kickstarter orders have been filled. 

We will be receiving all of the other pins this week, and just waiting for those big boi to arrive!

Hey Sorbabes! 

Sorry for the radio silence, things have been crazy busy over here at Sorbet Jungle HQ. Since the campaign came to a close we've visited 14 conventions all over the US with two more coming up this weekend! (Come see us at Kitsune Kon or Connection :D)

Amidst all of the chaos we’re still working diligently on getting your rewards in order. Everything is currently in production and on schedule. Good news to your ears, we hope! That said, we’ve started getting some questions and thought an update was due...so here’s a new FAQ!

When should I expect my rewards?

This seems to be the most common ask recently, so here it is! Currently everything is running as planned. This means that, as we initially promised, everything is still on track to ship sometime in September or October. Hang with us, we’re working on this the best we can - but what we don’t want is to ship you anything that doesn’t live up to our quality standards. 

I’ve recently moved, can I change my address? 

YES. All you need to do is visit Backerkit.com and log in using the email you used to fill out your survey. You will be able to change your address until September-ish.

I never got my survey/I missed your emails about my survey, what can I do?

(This applies to very few of you, but there are some out there that are still unfinished)

I don’t think I was ever charged for my pledge, what do I do?

There is a 99% chance that you were charged, but if you’re really worried about it shoot us an email at [email protected]

We can't stress this enough: IF YOU ORDERED A PHYSICAL ITEM AND HAVE NOT FILLED OUT A SURVEY WE CANNOT SEND YOU YOUR REWARD. So please, check your email, check your spam folder, and if you don't have anything from us - send us a message. You only have until May 11th to do so.

We hope you're all as excited as we are to get these nana's on their way to you. 

Reminder: The Mint Croconana will NOT be available post kickstarter, so it's now or never! This is also the last chance to pick up the Blue Java Croconana in its current form before they're gone.
