Hey all!
I'll keep this one short and simple, though it is important:
As of this moment, there are still a little over 80 backers that have not submitted their survey. We NEED you to fill out that survey or we won't know where to ship your rewards! The survey was sent to the email you have on file with Kickstarter, so be sure to check your spam folder if you haven't seen it!
The survey's are being sent by our partner Backerkit.com, they are not coming directly from Kickstarter or Sorbet Jungle.
If your email bounced, you've already been sent a message via kickstarter to try and alleviate the issue.

Now's the time! As of now, ALL surveys have been sent out via our partner Backerkit.
You will have a couple weeks to get it back to us, so don't wait! YOU MUST FILL OUT YOUR SURVEY OR WE WON'T ABLE TO SEND YOU YOUR REWARDS.

Q: What if my card declined when Kickstarter tried to charge me?
A: You will still receive a survey, and will have the chance to pay for your order via Backerkit.
Q: If my card declined, will I lose my limited reward?
A: No, it's still claimed to you so long as you answer your survey and make payment via Backerkit.
Q: It's been 3 days and I haven't received my survey.
A: Be patient, it's coming. Be sure to check your spam filter and MAKE SURE YOUR KICKSTARTER ACCOUNT HAS YOUR UP TO DATE EMAIL BY CLICKING HERE.
Q: It's been 10 days and I haven't received my survey.
A: First, check your spam filter. Then, double check what email you signed up for Kickstarter with. If both of those things don't help you, send us a message and we'll help you to the best of our ability.
Q: I made a post for the Kickstarter Challenges, when are you announcing winners?
A: We're collecting all of the names and contact info for potential winners in the next few days and announcing the giveaway via project update before the surveys need to be turned in.
Q: How long will we have to turn in surveys?
A: As of right now, surveys will be due on May 11th. This is subject to change, so keep an eye out.
Q: How long will the pre-order store be open?
A: As of right now, it will be open until May 11th. This is also subject to change.

Okay kids! (and not kids)
It's finally that time! Your Backerkit survey's should start going out in the next 2-3 days.
If you don't receive your survey by then, don't panic. The surveys will go out to a small chunk (about 25%) of backers at first to make sure that everything goes smoothly, and then will be released to everyone afterwards.

Pre-Order Store!

We've had a bunch of people message us about missing out on the Kickstarter Campaign, so we decided to open up a pre-order store for a couple weeks as a last chance to be able to order the Kickstarter Colossalnana colors and the Mint Croconana.
Note: This is NOT your backer survey, this is for anyone who missed the campaign who wants to order any of the non-limited items offered (The combination tiers and kickstarter exclusive Sofubi are not available in the pre-order store).

Backerkit Surveys Update #1

Hey all!
Popping in for a quick update, as we've been getting a lot of comments and messages about this:
We have NOT yet sent out Backerkit Surveys for backers to choose rewards and add-ons as of today. We are currently still in the waiting process for Kickstarter to finish finalizing everyone's transactions and wrap everything up on their end.
So that said, it's coming soon - just not quite yet. We appreciate you being patient with us.
